Phase I : 21st July to 25th August
Subject : Subjects : Accounts + Law
Study Hour per day : 8 Hours minimumMaterial to be referred : Any standard book for all subjects. Preferably Parveen Sharma for accounts, Munish bhandari hand book for law. Practice manual should be referred for above subjects. For law purchase latest one or download from icai.org
Give 4 hours to accounts and 4 hours to law. First clear your concepts from standard book but don't waste much time in it as you already have some idea about it and for practice you can use practice manual.For accounts also solve examples of AS given in icai module. Try to cover almost full syllabus. After few days I will post core topics. General approach must be first cover topic from reference book and just after that solve questions from PM for that particular topic.
Important Topics : Accounts AS - 1 4 5 9 11 12 15 16 17 19 20 22 26 28 30 31, Amalgamation, Valuation of Goodwill, EVA, Human Resource Reporting, Share Based Payments and CFS.
In law focus must be on Director, Audit & Accounts, Dividend, Winding up, Foreign Companies, Prevention of oppression, Minutes & Resolutions, SEBI.
Phase II : 26th August to 30th September
Subject : SFM + Audit
Study Hour per day : 8 Hours minimum
Material : In audit surbhi bansal and than practice manual that's enough. Try to make your own summary notes for last time revision.Cover topics like professional ethics, Bank Audit, Insurance Audit, Investigation, Audit under fiscal law specially Tax audit, CIS environment and peer review.
Any reference book which is good. plus practice manual for SFM.
You need to study at least 8 hours now days and give 4 hour per subject. SFM is subject which is highly scoring so try to give your best. No particular important topics in this subject have limited chapters so do each and everyone because in exam question came from every chapter. In SFM you can give priority to Derivatives, Portofolio, Forex, Merger & Acquisition and valuation.

Now revise each subject for 10 days from practice manual and RTP. Best way of revision is mark good, different and important question during you study in early phases and revise those marked questions very well during revision.
